Belinda Muendo is a strategic executive with more than 10 years of experience across higher education, healthcare, development, and other mission-driven organizations in Africa. She brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, operational excellence, organisational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and building high-performing teams.
Before joining Carnegie Mellon University Africa, Muendo held leadership and advisory roles at GE Healthcare, Strathmore University Business School, among other organizations. She holds an MBA in strategic management from USIU-Africa in Kenya. Muendo is passionate about developing people, expanding access to opportunity, and building institutions and systems that enable individuals and organizations to thrive.
