She worked respectively for ITM Africa, the International Organization for Migration and Telecel Globe before founding her own consulting firm. She has placed thousands of staff, developed several job readiness training programs that helped post-graduates and graduates acquire skills needed in the workplace.
Iris holds an MBA in Human Resources from Oklahoma Christian University (USA). She is a business and career coach and highly sought-after youth mentor. She passionately mentors various professionals in areas of leadership, corporate management, personal branding and career growth.
