Partnering with Carnegie Mellon University Africa, the American University in Cairo is set to host the Afretec Healthcare Summer School, a four-day workshop taking place from June 9-12, 2024. With healthcare in Africa rapidly advancing through digital technologies, AI, and telemedicine, the summer school aims to enhance collaboration. It will gather researchers, allied medical professionals, industry leaders, and government stakeholders to exchange insights, foster understanding of emerging concepts, and drive healthcare transformation across the continent.
