Mentorship plays a key role in faculty success. Faculty have a wide range of mentoring needs–sponsorship, feedback, professional development opportunities–and faculty need a network of mentors to support them in these areas. This workshop will:

  • Describe different types of faculty mentorship needs
  • Explore different models for faculty mentorship
  • Discuss best practices for effective faculty mentoring
  • Identify new steps for faculty mentorship at CMU Africa
